The ICHOM conference has limited passes available so make sure to book your pass early. You can also benefit from early bird until 30 April 2023 and save up to 30% off your delegate place.

Your badge gets you to access all conference sessions, however some workshops have limited places and need to be pre-booked via the website and/or the Ichom conference app. You will receive an email from ICHOM once the pre-booking page is opened.

You will be able to network around a glass of wine (or two) with the VBHC community during the Welcome drinks that will be held by ICHOM on the Monday 9th from 19:00. More information to come!

There are limited places available for the ICHOM diner reception that will take place on the Tuesday 10th. The ICHOM team have gone above and beyond to create an amazing night out with VBHC community. If you are interested to reserve a seat or more, please email us at events@ichom.org and we will send you all information when it is ready.

In accordance with regulations, there are no under-18s whatsoever allowed in the hall due to the nature of the products on display.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the venue aside from our designated smoking areas. No excuses, no exceptions. This also applies to e-cigarettes and vaping. Our designated smoking areas are outside the Palau de Congressos is designated areas.
