CONFERENCE SERIES REGISTER NOW
The ICHOM Virtual Learning Series has been created in collaboration with the Conference Programme Advisory Committee (CPAC) and is designed to explain and promote value-based healthcare (VBHC) by highlighting the importance of ICHOM Standard Sets adoption to continuously improve the outcomes that matter most to patients.
This series of insightful webinars and practical workshops will serve as a perfect opportunity to better understand how to adopt the ICHOM Standard Sets, measure and apply the outcomes as well as benefits of benchmarking both locally and globally. The patient voice is the central component of the conversation and throughout the series patients will share their role and experiences of partnering with care providers to co-produce the outcomes most meaningful to them.
The VLS is aimed at those starting their implementation journey as well as those who have already embarked on the VBHC journey who want to network and meet like-minded clinicians and patients but also benchmark best practices to enable better care for your patients.
