Registration

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SIGNED UP FOR THE CONFERENCE?

Once you are registered you will:

  • Receive a confirmation email with your registration code and receipt.
  • Be the first to hear about programme and speaker updates.
  • Receive a link to download the ICHOM Conference app few months before the event.
  • Your delegate badge will be ready at the welcome desk of the Conference.

CAN I PURCHASE A TICKET ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT?

Although we advise that you purchase your ticket prior to 28 September. It is possible for you to register at any time for the event up until 9am on 29 September.

HOW CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY REGISTRATION?

You can edit your registration details any time by emailing us at events@ICHOM.org.

Please be aware that we print all badges prior to the Conference. You may edit your details until 16 September. Alternatively, you can also amend your information onsite. Please bring your confirmation email from ICHOM to collect your badge onsite.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO ATTEND?

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY CONFERENCE PASS?

Your badge gets you access to all conference sessions, however some workshops have limited places and need to be pre-booked via Conference App.

I AM HAVING TROUBLE SIGNING UP, WHAT CAN I DO?

We apologise for any issues you may have, please contact by sending us an email at events@ichom.org and we are happy to help you any time.

WILL I BE SENT MY NAME BADGE OR WILL I PICK IT UP AT THE VENUE?

Your nominative delegate badge will be ready at the welcome desk of the Conference and thus for the three days of the conference. Please bring your confirmation email from ICHOM to collect your badge onsite.

The registration desk is open at the following times:
Monday 29 September: 15:00 to 18:00
Tuesday 30 September: 07:30 to 18:00
Wednesday 1 October: 07:30 to 18:00

We will use your registration details to create your name badge, should you have any changes these will need to be done onsite.

DO YOU RECOMMEND ANY HOTELS?

For attendees of the ICHOM Conference in Dublin, we recommend booking your stay at The Spencer Hotel.

A modern 4-star hotel located just a short walk from The Convention Centre Dublin (CCD). Breakfast and Wi-Fi are included with your booking.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO GET TO THE VENUE?

Virtually all roads lead to the ICHOM Conference, whether you're travelling by train, plane, or car. There are various options available, please click here to find the best way.

IS THERE ANY PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?

DO I NEED A VISA TO ATTEND THE SHOW, IF I AM NOT FROM EUROPE?

You may be required to obtain a visa if you are travelling from outside the EU, EEA or Commonwealth. We recommend for you to go on your embassy’s website for more information.

I REQUIRE SPECIAL ASSISTANCE, WHAT CAN I DO?

We will do our best to accommodate your needs, please email us at events@ichom.org for any assistance.

The CCD, Dublin aims to be fully accessible and user-friendly for disabled visitors. Visit their website for a quick guide to some of their facilities – if you would like to know more, don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Onsite Services

IS THERE ANY WIFI AVAILABLE?

We understand the need to stay connected, which is why we provide free visitor Wi-Fi across the Convention Centre Dublin. Please refer to the onsite conference brochure for more information.

DO YOU HAVE A FLOORPLAN AVAILABLE?

WHAT ABOUT THE WELCOME DRINKS?

You will be able to network around a glass of wine (or two) with the VBHC community during the evening drinks reception which is sponsored by ICHOM Education and will be held on the Tuesday 30 September from 17:45 BST.
The drinks will be held at the conference venue, the CCD, Dublin.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO SMOKE AT THE VENUE?

Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the venue aside from our designated smoking areas. No excuses, no exceptions. This also applies to e-cigarettes and vaping. Our designated smoking areas are outside the CCD in designated areas.

IS THERE A CLOAKROOM TO DEPOSIT MY LUGGAGE?

We are currently finalizing cloakroom availability and information will be shared on this shortly.
