ICHOM Breast Cancer Standard Set implementation example

The webinar will provide an insightful session on how organisations from various geographies have implemented, or are currently in the process of implementation, ICHOM Standard Sets and highlight patients’ involvement and experiences.

The Breast Cancer Standard Set was the first set developed by ICHOM and became the most widely implemented by the organisations worldwide. The set is chosen to showcase how organisations worldwide approach the standard set implementation – where to start, key things to consider and lessons learnt.

The panel of selected care providers and patients will share their experiences and expertise on:

What is value-based healthcare (VBHC) and its impact on improving patients’ care. Care providers’ and patients’ perspectives

Goal: This workshop will bring together value-based healthcare (VBHC) experts and patients in an interactive session to discuss, deliberate and provide guidance on building the organisational capacity and trust required to move towards the practice of value-based care through patient-reported outcomes measurement.
