Jeroen Van der Wolk

After his PhD in Biochemistry and his MBA, Jeroen worked for a number of international strategy consulting firms, before co-founding and becoming a Partner at Gupta Strategists. Gupta Strategists is a boutique strategy consulting firm, focused on healthcare. Here, he specialized in helping management of hospitals, other healthcare providers, insurance companies and governments with strategic issues on growth, quality & value improvement and efficiency enhancement.

Afterwards, Jeroen joined Zilveren Kruis Achmea, the largest healthcare insurer in the Netherlands. He was responsible for all procurement related data analytics. Combining his experience in strategy development and execution, healthcare and data analytics he led the development of the Value Based Contracting strategy and methodology for Zilveren Kruis and was actively involved in expanding Value Based Healthcare in the Netherlands and abroad.

Currently, Jeroen is working for the innovative mental health provider MentaalBeter. He is involved in developing data driven insights to improve quality, efficacy and efficiency and in developing value driven contracting with payers.
