The great work of ICHOM and others around standardizing and including the patient perspective into health outcomes is just the beginning. In this workshop we will discuss how we can move these practices from reflective to proactive. We will show how human-centered technology can make the engagement with patients more personal and precise. And explore how to facilitate ways to interact far more directly and effectively with patients.

• Forward looking view on patient engagement, new ideas on what is patient experience

• Get inspired by a real-life use case in field of bariatric care, in collaboration with Catharina Hospital Eindhoven, part of Santeon

• Interactive discussion on how learnings from this work can be applied short and long term
