No single actor (whether we talk about clinical level, health administration or Industry) will be able, on his own, to define a VBHC transformation with most of his components and implement it with success (relevant, long-lasting and disseminated changes).

It is important to recognize that success in this VBHC transformation is enabled by the concurrence of aligned strategies in the health care system, that allow each actor to play its VBHC role, harmonically with the rest of pieces of the “machine”. What we call the VBHC Ecosystem.
